Recently, TrakBlazas asked if I wanted to attend and be apart of their upcoming music video for their new hit single “Who Dat” by DreDay feat. Nowly. Of course I obliged and brought the Hands Team and RockEveryWear with me to help rock out the music video. The video was just released and you can watch it below. A Nite Out

Last spring I heard a rumor through the grape vine that this young 16 year old Caucasian male could rap. I’ll admit, at first, I was skeptical and didn’t really think anything of it. Then a few days later, I’m over at SirREAL mother’s house, probably taking SirREAL home from court or something, and in walks AK. So we do the meet and greet but I didn’t really get to hear him spit yet. Somehow we managed to workout some studio time in between AK’s basketball schedule to have him record a few tracks for a mixtape.

So there we are, in the studio and we put on a few beats to freestyle to so we could get the creative juices flowing and get warmed up. SirREAL’s killin it like he does (if you haven’t seen SirREAList the Freestylist please watch). And then I change the beat to this piano mixtape beat and AK tells us to hold on and he pulls out his rhyme book. I’m like “Oh Shiz! You Write To??”. He tells me to start the beat over! So I oblige and the kid nails the now mixtape song titled “A Nite Out”. Please take a listen below and leave your comments on what you think of the youngin!

On wednesday, May 5th (also cinco de drinko), SirREAL was sentenced to 11 months in the Ohio State Penitentiary. But, its ok, SirREAL will do his time, get his mind right, and come out ready to finish recording his first solo album (No More Games). So on that note of SirREAL being locked up and not being able to get into much contact with him and definitely not able to make music with him, I am releasing a never before heard song preview called “This Music”. IMR was a busy bee in the summer of 2010 going to a lot of music festivals. At summer dance, I ran into many performers and talented artists. One of these gifted artists was a singer by the name of Veyda. I didn’t have the privilege of creating much music with her, but I did get her on a couple of song, including the the song preview I’m going to be releasing in this post. I chose to release this song preview not only to show off the vocals of Veyda but to also in dedication to SirREAL, who is currently locked up and unable to make music or even get into contact with me. The track is called ‘Change’ and it was recorded at the end of the 2010 summer. ‘Change’ is eventually going to be on the long awaited IMR mixtape ‘Audio Visionz’. Beat is by Big Jerm. Enjoy SirREAL tearing this beat up and Veyda harmonizing the hook.

Last summer, I was highly involved with a great rapper named AnigmA (formerly Mike Gallery). I was helping him put together a mixtape which was supposed to be followed up with an album under IMR.
